St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, April 2025 – Lauren Myers has taken on the role of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at QVC Group, where she will lead the company’s worldwide talent acquisition strategy, aligning recruiting efforts with the organization’s global growth and innovation goals. In her new position, Lauren will drive talent strategy across geographies and brands, ensuring that QVC attracts and retains top-tier talent in the rapidly evolving retail and media landscape.
Lauren has been with QVC Group for over six years, serving in various strategic leadership roles. Most recently, she was Director of Streaming Strategy and Portfolio, where she led initiatives to shape QVC’s digital transformation and streaming experience. She also held the position of Senior Manager, Workforce Transformation, where she led enterprise-level change management initiatives and future-of-work strategies. Earlier, Lauren served as Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Senior Manager, People & Org Customer Service & Experience, where she supported global talent development, people strategy, and customer experience enhancements.
Prior to joining QVC Group, Lauren held multiple HR leadership roles at Daltile and Graham Packaging, where she was responsible for regional human resources management, compensation and benefits programs, and enterprise HR projects. During her tenure at Graham Packaging, she implemented HR systems and led cross-border HR projects across the U.S. and Mexico. She began her career in HR as a Human Resources Intern and steadily rose through positions of increasing responsibility over the years.
