Prior to joining Radical Plastics, Liesl was a Principal/Managing Partner at BayBoston, where she led financial performance, strategic management, and capital allocation for over six years. Her work there significantly contributed to the firm’s investment strategies and financial growth.

Liesl also served as a Board Member at Radius Bank, where she provided guidance on financial performance, strategic management, and cash flow optimization. During her tenure, she played a vital role in strategic decisions that enhanced the bank’s business performance and financial outcomes.
Previously, Liesl worked as an Outside Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), contributing to financial strategies, business transformation, and overall performance improvement. Her consulting expertise spanned various financial domains, including capital allocation, tax planning, and financial performance analysis.
Earlier in her career, Liesl held the position of Vice President at Fidelity Investments, focusing on cash flow management and financial planning. She has also served as the VP of Finance at Devonshire Investors, where she oversaw strategic financial management, capital allocation, and tax planning. Liesl’s career began as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY), where she gained foundational experience in financial auditing, business acumen, and cash flow analysis.
