Toronto, Ontario, Canada – October 2024 – Linda Ngo has been appointed as SVP, Head of Human Resources at Euna Solutions. In this strategic role, Linda will drive HR initiatives to align talent and business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and professional development. She aims to foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture within the organization, enhancing workforce capabilities and supporting Euna’s growth in serving public sector clients.
Linda has been with Euna Solutions since 2022, initially serving as VP of Human Resources. During her tenure, she was instrumental in designing HR strategies that drove organizational transformation, aligning talent initiatives with business goals, and optimizing HR operations across key functions. Her efforts contributed significantly to employee development and engagement, supporting the company’s mission in the government technology space.
Prior to Euna Solutions, Linda worked at AllCloud as VP of Employee Success, North America, where she led HR operations for the region. Her role focused on developing employee success programs, optimizing HR strategies, and enhancing workforce engagement. She also held the position of Director of Employee Success, North America, where she played a critical role in creating HR frameworks that improved talent management and organizational culture.
Before her time at AllCloud, Linda was the Head of People@IRESS, Canada, where she led HR initiatives across Canada. Her responsibilities included managing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR compliance to support business growth. During her five-year tenure, Linda successfully drove HR transformation programs, contributing to a more agile and responsive HR function.
Earlier in her career, Linda served as Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner at Bose Corporation for seven years, where she focused on HR business partnering, talent development, and employee relations. Her journey in HR began as Human Resources Manager at QSP, where she managed HR operations, recruitment, and employee development.
