In this role, Linfa will shape the company’s people strategy across its multi-country operations, leading initiatives spanning talent management, culture, organizational development, HR governance, and compliance, while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational design.
With a strong record of building end-to-end HR strategy, driving digital HR transformation, strengthening employee engagement, and leading complex employee relations programs, Linfa’s appointment signals Jaguar Resources & Capital’s continued focus on strengthening its global talent foundation while scaling its trading and circular economy footprint worldwide.
In her new role at JAGUAR RESOURCES & CAPITAL PTE. LTD., Linfa Carvalho will lead global HR strategy across recruitment, performance, rewards, learning, DEI, and employee relations, ensuring policies align with local regulatory requirements while supporting business growth through a strong culture and high-performing teams.
Before joining Jaguar, Linfa served as Human Resources Manager at International Cargo Logistics Limited (ICL) in the London Area, where she led HR across 100+ employees and four UK sites, reporting directly to the CEO and CFO. During her tenure, she developed and executed a comprehensive HR strategy that significantly reduced external agency and consultation spend, launched an improved benefits platform, introduced salary benchmarking and budgeting practices, and delivered leadership development and coaching programs to strengthen succession planning. She also led complex employee relations initiatives including TUPE, redundancy, grievance, and disciplinary processes, ensuring full compliance and avoiding tribunal claims, while building a stronger wellbeing and engagement culture.
Earlier, she worked as HR Manager at Goldstar in Colnbrook, England, where she focused strongly on people engagement, employee relations, and fostering supportive and high-trust team environments. Her role emphasized handling employee wellbeing challenges, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management with a collaborative and people-first approach.
Prior to this, Linfa served as a Human Resources Officer at DO & CO AG in Greater London, where she worked closely with line managers and departments to ensure HR policy implementation, drive recruitment and onboarding processes, support inclusion and diversity initiatives, and handle employee relations and negotiations, using a structured and data-driven approach to strengthen workforce outcomes.
Linfa also built deep, hands-on HR capability during her extended tenure at Tanpopo (TANPOPO JAPANESE FOOD LIMITED Ltd) in the United Kingdom, where she contributed across multiple roles including Human Resources Advisor, HR Supervisor, and HR & Admin. In these roles, she managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HRIS/payroll processes, employee engagement programs, compliance, training & development, and employee advocacy, helping strengthen the employee lifecycle experience across the organization.
Earlier in her career, she served as Passenger Ambassador at Heathrow, and worked as HR Executive at Concourse Solutions, strengthening her operational HR foundation. She also spent nearly six years with Putzmeister Concrete Machines Pvt Ltd., where she supported recruitment across India, HR compliance, engagement programs, training needs, and organizational initiatives including HR software implementation and people process improvements, including during a major merger environment.
