Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, United States, October 2024 – Lisa Clark has joined St. Clair Health as the new Vice President of Human Resources, bringing her extensive background in HR leadership within the healthcare sector. In this role, Lisa will oversee all HR functions, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and aligning the organization’s HR strategy with its mission to deliver top-quality care to southwestern Pennsylvania.
Before joining St. Clair Health, Lisa was the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare in Wichita, Kansas, for over four years, where she played a key role in HR operations and workforce strategy for the organization.
Prior to that, Lisa served as Human Resources Director at Willamette Valley Medical Center in Oregon for almost six years, leading talent development and employee relations initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Lisa also worked as Human Resources Officer at Holy Cross Hospital in Taos, New Mexico, for five years, where she managed HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held the role of Director of Human Resources at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Wyoming for over four years, focusing on organizational development and HR administration.
