Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Lisa Shields has been appointed as Head of People at StormHarvester, bringing over a decade of experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. In this role, she will lead HR strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
Prior to joining StormHarvester, Shields served as Chief People Officer at ISDM Solutions, where she played a key role in talent acquisition, leadership development, and strategic training initiatives. Before that, she was Human Resources Manager at The Nacelle Group, specializing in recruitment and operational management within the aerospace sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Ulster University and a BSc in Management from Queen’s University Belfast.
With a strong background in HR leadership and people strategy, Shields is well-positioned to support StormHarvester’s mission to drive innovation in wastewater management through AI-powered analytics.
