Career Journey: Loretta brings over seven years of experience with Triple Ring Technologies, having served as Vice President of Human Resources since 2017. During her tenure, she was instrumental in implementing policies that enhanced employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Triple Ring, Loretta served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Cephea Valve Technologies, Inc., where she contributed to key HR strategies that supported the company’s expansion in the MedTech industry.
She also held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources at Unchained Labs and Freeslate Inc., where she managed HR functions and led global talent development initiatives, focusing on leadership and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Loretta worked in Global Human Resources for the Latin America Region at Trend Micro, where she gained international experience and developed HR practices across multiple regions.
