London, England, United Kingdom, May 2025 – Lorraine Stone has taken on the role of Head of Talent Development UK & Europe at Newmark, a global commercial real estate services firm. In this strategic leadership role, Lorraine will be responsible for shaping and driving talent development initiatives across the UK and Europe, fostering leadership capability and building succession pipelines aligned with Newmark’s growth.
Lorraine joined Newmark in early 2025 as Senior Learning and Development Manager, where she played a key role in driving talent and leadership development. Prior to that, she held senior learning roles at Gerald Eve, where over nearly three years she led people development programs during a time of organizational transformation.
Before her tenure at Gerald Eve, Lorraine worked at Ocado Group as Talent Development Manager, where she spearheaded development programs during a high-growth period in the business. She earlier served for over five years at Santander UK, where she led key talent initiatives including women’s leadership programs, returnships, succession planning, and cross-company mentoring.
Earlier in her career, Lorraine contributed significantly to capability building and leadership development at Banco Santander, Abbey National, and Insignia Richard Ellis, consistently delivering impactful learning programs and organizational development strategies.
