Singapore, December 2025 – Louise Huang has joined Bain & Company as Senior Director, Bain Executive Network APAC, where she will focus on supporting key clients in executive leadership development and talent advisory across the region. Her role will involve working closely with senior leaders and CXOs to build high-performing leadership teams and boards, while helping them navigate pivotal professional transitions.
Prior to this, Louise spent over four years at Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as Principal, partnering with global leaders on executive talent strategy, succession planning, and board advisory. Her time there was transformative, marked by deep client engagement and a strong focus on impact.
She earlier worked with Spencer Stuart for over 15 years, holding multiple roles including Executive Recruiter and Leadership Consultant in the United States and Singapore. Her work involved executive search, leadership advisory, and helping organizations build future-ready teams.
Before entering executive search, Louise held leadership roles in the hospitality sector, including with Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where she focused on corporate accounts and marketing analytics.
Louise is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Change at INSEAD, deepening her understanding of organizational transformation and human behavior dynamics. This academic pursuit aligns with her new role, as she brings fresh insights into change leadership and team performance in complex systems.
