São Paulo, Brazil, May 2025 – Luciana Inumaru has taken on a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Zig. The Global Funtech, a leading technology company in the live entertainment industry, renowned for its innovative event solutions across payments, access control, CRM, and business intelligence. In this role, Luciana will oversee global people strategies and culture development, aligning HR innovation with Zig’s rapid international growth and mission to transform live entertainment experiences.
Luciana brings over 17 years of deep HR experience, having most recently served at Pismo, where she held multiple roles including Senior People Director, Chief People Officer, and Head of People & Culture over a five-year tenure. Her leadership was central to Pismo’s organizational development during a high-growth period, including overseeing talent acquisition, culture transformation, and global scaling efforts.
Before Pismo, Luciana worked briefly with Visa as Senior People Director, and previously led the HR function at Nexa Digital (acquired by DASA), where she helped the company earn a Great Place to Work (GPTW) recognition. She also held pivotal roles at iFood and Rapiddo Entregas (later acquired by iFood), driving employer branding, talent acquisition, and HRBP transformation.
Luciana’s earlier HR leadership journey includes nearly six years at Natura, where she progressed through HR Analyst, Coordinator, and Business Partner roles covering multiple regions in Brazil. Her foundational experience in HR began with Alstom, where she worked as a Human Resources Generalist Analyst.
