COLOGNE, NORTH RHINE-WESTPHALIA — Align Technology is thrilled to announce the promotion of Magda Peckruhn to the position of Director, HR within the DACH region. Starting May 2024, Magda will enhance her contributions to the company, particularly focusing on the commercial and R&D organizations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Career Journey at Align Technology: Magda’s career at Align Technology began in 2019, showing exemplary leadership in various HR capacities. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Manager HR DACH, where she played a crucial role in shaping HR strategies and operations. Her journey within the company also includes roles as the Senior Manager HR for Core Europe and earlier as the Senior HR Business Partner.
Previous Experience: Before joining Align Technology, Magda was integral to the HR operations at Ardagh Group as an HR Manager in Bonn, managing essential HR functions. At CHEP, she led as the Teamlead HR for the DACH, Nordics, and CEE regions from 2017 to 2018, overseeing local HR agendas and ensuring the execution of key HR processes. Magda’s international experience also includes a secondment in China with CHEP as an HR Project Manager, where she focused on building HR capabilities and implementing local and global projects.
