Her responsibilities spanned India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand, providing her with significant cross-cultural leadership experience.
Mahi’s earlier career included HR leadership roles with Centrient Pharmaceuticals, International SOS, PAL Group Operations, and NCR Corporation, where she developed expertise across HR business partnering, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.
Academically, Mahi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from ASBM University, completed in 2012. Her educational foundation, combined with extensive experience in scaling high-growth organizations, has enabled her to build people-centric cultures that align business objectives with workforce excellence.
In her new role at Salesloft, Mahi will lead the company’s people strategy across India, focusing on talent growth, organizational capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture building.
