Since joining the company in October 2007 as an Executive, she has steadily progressed through a series of increasingly responsible HR leadership roles, including Senior Executive Human Resources, Human Resources Associate, Deputy Manager Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Assistant Vice President Human Resources before taking over as Head of Human Resources.
