Cairo, Egypt, September 2024 – Manal Ezz has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at G Developments, where she will be overseeing the company’s human resources initiatives and strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote organizational growth.
Before her current role, Manal served as the Director of Human Resources at NEWGIZA For Real Estate and Development for over seven years. There, she played a crucial role in strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. She was pivotal in the revamping of HR practices to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Prior to her tenure at NEWGIZA, Manal held the position of Head of Human Resources at the same company, where she was instrumental in establishing the Human Resources Department and developing comprehensive HR policies and systems that significantly enhanced talent management processes.
Earlier in her career, Manal was a Human Resources Manager at Emaar Misr, where she managed human resources functions to support and achieve business objectives effectively. Her responsibilities included salary administration, manpower planning, training, performance management, and recruitment activities.
