Manoj (Subrmano) Subramanian appointed Chief People Officer at Ciliconchip Circuit

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Ciliconchip Circuit has appointed Manoj (Subrmano) Subramanian as its Chief People Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it scales its global semiconductor design and technology services operations.

In his new role, Manoj (Subrmano) Subramanian will lead the people strategy for Ciliconchip Circuit, focusing on building organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and supporting the company’s ambition of growing from the ground up to deliver world-class products and services to global markets. His mandate includes driving human capital strategy, talent management, workforce planning, and people-led growth initiatives aligned with the company’s rapid expansion.

Prior to joining Ciliconchip Circuit, Manoj was associated with SignOff Semiconductors, where he served as Vice President – HR & Operations and Vice President – Business Development. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in scaling operations, strengthening organizational processes, and supporting business growth across the semiconductor services ecosystem.

Earlier, he was Chief Operating Officer at LeadSoc Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he was instrumental in building the company from inception and steering it through its formative growth years, marking key milestones in operational maturity and organizational development.

Manoj also brings deep HR leadership experience from Ikanos Communications, where he served as Director – Human Resources, managing the HR function for the Bengaluru R&D center and supporting post-acquisition integration initiatives. His earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Amba Research, Centillium India Private Ltd, Hewlett Packard, Satyam Computers, and Ionidea Inc., where he handled end-to-end HR responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, workforce management, and employee lifecycle governance.

With over two decades of experience across semiconductors, technology services, and global enterprises, Manoj (Subrmano) Subramanian brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, operational insight, and scale-up expertise to his role as Chief People Officer at Ciliconchip Circuit.
