Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Manpreet Singh has joined Alkami Technology as Head of HR – India, marking a new chapter in his distinguished HR leadership journey. As a founding member of Alkami’s India leadership team, Manpreet is tasked with building the HR function from the ground up, helping shape the company’s people strategy, organizational culture, and talent framework during a phase of rapid global expansion.
Before joining Alkami, Manpreet was associated with FIS for over 9 years, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Sr. Director – Business Partner, Director – The People Office, and HR Delivery Leader. In his tenure, he led HR teams across India, the Philippines, and the US, contributing to strategic initiatives in M&A integration, talent management, organizational design, compensation planning, and workforce effectiveness for a 10,000+ employee base.
Earlier in his career, Manpreet worked with SITEL India Ltd., where he served as Manager – HR and also led Operations (BFSI). He also held leadership roles in Global Vantedge and GE, where he played a pivotal role in business operations and process development. His early experience in client relationship management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement gave him a strong foundation in both people and business operations.
Manpreet holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Guru Nanak Institute of Management. With over two decades of cross-functional leadership across HR and operations, he brings deep expertise and a transformative approach to building agile, people-first organizations.
