Cairo, Egypt, May 2025 – Maram Ayman has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at Enpal Egypt, marking a significant step in the solar energy leader’s expansion into the MENA region. As the first person to hold this position in Egypt, Maram is responsible for building the People function from the ground up, helping establish Enpal’s Cairo operations hub while embedding its globally recognized, purpose-driven culture.
Prior to joining Enpal, Maram served as Chief of Staff at Convertedin, where she played a critical role in strategic planning, operational alignment, and team development. She was also Chief of Staff and previously Chief People Officer at RiseUp, where she led the creation of the HR function, organizational structuring, and cultural transformation across the startup ecosystem.
Maram has worked globally as a People & Strategy Consultant, Mentor & Speaker, collaborating with entities such as UNLEASH (UN partnership), Scale Jordan, and the World Bank’s IGNITE Program. She has delivered people and culture programs for scale-ups and startups working toward the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and has been a guest lecturer at George Washington University.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Froneri (Nestlé JV) and Nestlé Egypt, where she drove performance management, employee engagement, employer branding, and competency frameworks for large workforces.
