With a strong background in human resources leadership, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement, he is well-positioned to enhance workforce strategies and drive company-wide growth.
Hooper has been with Bullfrog Spas for nearly seven years, previously serving as Director of People & Culture, where he spearheaded employee relations, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Before that, he held leadership roles as Director of Manufacturing and HR Lead, demonstrating his ability to align business strategy with workforce excellence.
Prior to Bullfrog Spas, Hooper was Human Resources Manager at AMETEK, a global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, where he played a critical role in workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning. His strategic HR initiatives helped reduce voluntary turnover and improve talent acquisition efficiencies.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at US Synthetic (ChampionX), a leader in synthetic diamond cutters for oil and gas drilling. As an HR Business Partner, he developed and implemented HR programs to support talent development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. His leadership also extended to organizational development and training, ensuring workforce readiness and leadership effectiveness.
