New York City Metropolitan Area, New York, United States, January 2026 — Pfizer has announced the appointment of Martina J. Ryall as Senior Vice President, Global Biopharma Manufacturing, entrusting her with leadership of one of the world’s most critical life-sciences manufacturing networks as the company accelerates its mission to deliver life-saving medicines to hundreds of millions of patients globally.
In her new role, Martina will lead Pfizer’s global biopharma manufacturing ecosystem, driving operational excellence, network performance, technology advancement and manufacturing innovation to strengthen Pfizer’s ability to deliver breakthrough therapies at scale.
Martina J. Ryall brings nearly three decades of leadership across Pfizer’s global manufacturing, commercial operations, network design and portfolio management ecosystem, with deep expertise in large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization and network performance strategy.
Prior to her current appointment, Martina served as Vice President, Strategy & Operational Excellence in PGS at Pfizer, where she led Pfizer’s Network Design & Performance organization, strengthening manufacturing network health, capacity planning and site performance to enable delivery of breakthrough medicines.
Earlier, she held leadership roles as Vice President, mRNA Franchise Commercial Operations, and Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Management – Biopharma & Hospital Business Units, driving portfolio optimization, commercial performance and operational alignment across major global franchises.
Her earlier leadership journey includes nearly two decades across Pfizer’s Established Pharma and Generics businesses, where she led Portfolio Commercial Strategy & Planning, Global Portfolio Management Business Operations, Global Generics Commercial Operations, and multiple PMO and supply chain leadership roles across New York and Ireland — building a career deeply embedded in Pfizer’s global manufacturing and supply network transformation.
