New York, United States, February 2025 – Mary Streett has been appointed as the Chief Talent and Culture Officer at The Child Center of NY. In this role, she will focus on enhancing the organization’s talent strategies, cultural development, and employee experience across its diverse programs aimed at supporting children and families throughout New York City.
Mary Streett has been with The Child Center of NY for approximately four years. Before her current role, she served as Senior Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Experience for nearly two years, where she was instrumental in talent optimization and employee engagement strategies. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President, Talent and Change Management, contributing to leadership development and organizational transformation for around one year and three months. She also worked as Director of Talent Strategy and Development, where she played a key role in talent acquisition and organizational design initiatives.
Before joining The Child Center of NY, Mary Streett founded and led Damano Group, LLC, a consulting and coaching firm where she provided executive coaching, organizational change strategies, and leadership development solutions for over four years. Earlier, she served as Director of Culture and Learning Design at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where she contributed to organizational culture transformation during a merger and led the design of learning strategies for over a year.
She also had a significant 15-year tenure at Bon Secours Health System, where she held various leadership roles, including Director of Bon Secours Institute and Manager of Education and Training, focusing on organizational development, leadership coaching, and talent management strategies. Her earlier career included talent leadership roles at Amerigroup Corporation and Haynes Furniture Company, showcasing a broad range of HR expertise across multiple industries.
