Natchitoches, Louisiana, United States, November 2025 — Matt Lowrey has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Liviniti, a leading and trusted Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) partner known for its transparent business model and focus on improving health outcomes. Matt’s journey with Liviniti spans nearly eight years, where he has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s HR function. Prior to his new appointment, he served as Vice President of Human Resources, where he led initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement. Earlier, as Director of Human Resources, he laid the foundation for modern HR frameworks, focusing on compliance, talent management, and organizational growth.
Before joining Liviniti, Matt held a dual role as Director of Human Resources at both Employers Health Network and Diversified Foods and Seasonings, LLC, where he drove impactful HR transformations. At Diversified Foods, he introduced structured performance management frameworks such as MBO-driven goal setting, conducted comprehensive training needs analyses, and built leadership development programs that strengthened organizational capability and accountability.
Matt also founded P3 – Personal and Professional Potential, where he worked as a coach, mentor, and facilitator, providing strategic HR consultation, leadership coaching, and organizational development support to businesses in the Greater New Orleans region.
Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Performance Foodservice, where he led HR operations for over 800 employees across multiple companies. His leadership was instrumental in achieving consistent EBITDA growth, building a performance-driven culture, and developing training programs adopted across 37 operating companies nationwide.
Matt’s career foundation was built on discipline and strategic leadership during his tenure as Director of HR and HSSE at Torch Offshore, and his decade of service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned multiple honors including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Kuwait Liberation Medal. His military experience continues to influence his leadership style — one grounded in integrity, accountability, and resilience.
