With nearly eight years at Comcast and extensive experience in human resources, Lubecki is poised to enhance the company’s HR capabilities through advanced analytics and strategic operations.
Lubecki’s journey at Comcast began in 2016, and over the years, he has ascended through various HR roles, each adding a layer of expertise that culminated in his recent promotion. As Director, Lubecki will leverage his skills in analytics, reporting, project management, and leadership to drive HR strategies that align with Comcast’s operational goals.
Prior to his current role, Lubecki served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Comcast’s Headquarters. In this capacity, he acted as an HR Business Partner and was instrumental in leading change management initiatives, analyzing employee engagement data, and developing actionable insights to enhance workforce management practices.
Before joining Comcast, Lubecki spent over twelve years at Aston Carter, where he was a Recruiter Lead Manager.
