Megan Stoler’s Journey at Northwell Health:
Megan Stoler’s career at Northwell Health spans nearly a decade, during which she has made significant contributions across various HR roles. Prior to her new directorship, Stoler was the Manager of Human Resources at Northwell Health Laboratories from September 2017 to April 2024, where she played a key role in streamlining HR operations and enhancing employee relations.
Her tenure at Northwell Health began in July 2014 as a Human Resources Representative, quickly progressing through roles such as Human Resources Specialist and Senior Human Resources Specialist. Her responsibilities have included managing HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance across the organization’s laboratories, proving her capability in handling complex HR issues and leading substantial teams.
Previous Experience:
Before joining Northwell Health, Megan Stoler worked at Prudential Financial as a Recruiting & Marketing Assistant from May 2012 to July 2014. In this role, she developed her skills in recruitment and strategic HR marketing, setting the foundation for her subsequent achievements in human resources.
Throughout her career, Stoler has consistently demonstrated a profound capability to lead HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster a supportive work environment. Her experience spans significant aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR planning.
