Torres joins Carrum Health at a pivotal time, as employers face double-digit healthcare premium increases in 2026, with specialty care costs continuing to rise. Earlier, she served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Accolade, Inc., where she led corporate marketing through the company’s IPO, shaping brand positioning, executive communications, and market engagement during a critical growth phase.
She also held a senior leadership role at Providence St. Joseph Health as Group Vice President, Marketing & Communications, overseeing enterprise marketing for one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States, including major integration and brand transformation initiatives.
Torres began her career in communications and advisory roles with organizations such as Weber Shandwick and MWWPR, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on corporate positioning, media strategy, and reputation management. She also served as International Media Manager for the Seattle Mariners, building early expertise in communications and stakeholder engagement.
