Before joining Gaming Innovation Group, Kevin served as Head of People & Culture (Interim) at Autofulfil Limited for 2 years, where he focused on process optimization, automation, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive company culture. He played a pivotal role in developing HR processes that enhanced employee engagement and performance across the organization.
Prior to his role at Autofulfil, Kevin was a Growth | People | Culture | Talent Acquisition | Headhunting Consultant for 5 years, working with various industries, including online gambling, blockchain, and AI. His consulting experience provided him with a broad perspective on emerging technologies and their impact on organizational growth and talent management.
Kevin also served as Chief People Officer at PressEnter Group for 1.5 years, where he spearheaded HR frameworks, culture initiatives, and growth strategies for a B2C online casino. During his tenure, he successfully led efforts to align HR processes with business objectives, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held key positions such as Group Director of Human Resources at Tipico Ltd. for 4 years, where he supported company leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that facilitated rapid growth and improved organizational capability.
