Before this promotion, Meghan served as the Vice President of Talent at MoLo Solutions, where she led talent acquisition and development strategies. Her two years and eleven months in that role were marked by significant contributions to the company’s growth, including developing comprehensive recruitment and retention programs that aligned with MoLo’s core values and business goals.

Prior to this, Meghan held the role of Director of Talent at MoLo, where she focused on enhancing the company’s talent pipeline, driving key HR processes, and elevating employee engagement. During her one year and five months in this role, Meghan implemented innovative talent solutions that strengthened the company’s position in a competitive market.

Earlier in her career, Meghan spent eight years at Coyote Logistics, where she advanced through several roles, including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Recruiter. Her tenure at Coyote was integral in shaping her leadership capabilities and solidifying her expertise in talent acquisition and development. Meghan also gained valuable experience in account management and business development during her earlier roles at Coyote.
