New Delhi, Delhi, India, May 2026 — Mehak R. has started a new position as Talent Acquisition Lead at Quadeye, marking an important milestone in her rapidly advancing talent acquisition and employer branding career. In this new role, she will lead strategic hiring initiatives, early careers programs, employer branding, and talent acquisition functions for the global quantitative trading firm as it continues scaling its high-performance workforce.
Before joining Quadeye, Mehak built over five years of progressive experience at Optum, where she held multiple leadership roles across talent acquisition, employer branding, project management, and branding communications. Most recently, as Project Manager – Branding & Communications, she led strategic communication initiatives for transformation and innovation programs, supported AI literacy training for over 25,000 employees, developed internal recognition frameworks, and drove enterprise-wide branding strategies.
Earlier at Optum, as Assistant Manager – Early Careers & Employer Branding, she managed end-to-end hiring for nearly 2,000 positions across business units, designed early career hiring frameworks, led internship programs, enhanced candidate experience, and delivered employer branding campaigns across APAC markets. She also previously served as Talent Acquisition Specialist, gaining deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
Beyond her corporate career, Mehak demonstrated strong leadership in social entrepreneurship and youth initiatives through Enactus Aryabhatta, where she served in leadership and advisory capacities on globally recognized sustainability projects. Her diverse early experiences across HR, talent acquisition, digital marketing, and consulting through multiple internships further shaped her multifaceted professional profile.
