Zurich, Switzerland, October 2025 – Michaela Schneider has taken on the role of Vice President, Global Human Resources at Nobel Biocare, a global leader in implant-based dental restorations. In her new role, she will spearhead the company’s global HR strategy, organizational development, and people-centric initiatives to support Nobel Biocare’s mission of delivering innovative dental solutions.
Prior to joining Nobel Biocare, Michaela Schneider served as Managing Director at Madvisors AG for over a year. At this international consulting network, she guided organizations through transitions, transactions, and transformation projects, working with leaders from strategy formulation through operational execution.
Before that, she was Human Resources Director, Global R&D at CSL Behring, where she spent nearly four years supporting the global R&D organization with strategic HR partnership and leadership development.
Earlier, she held the position of Senior HR Director EMEA & Global Supply Chain at LifeScan, where she managed HR across European markets and global supply chain functions during a period of organizational change.
Ms. Schneider also had a nearly seven-year stint at Johnson & Johnson, where she held multiple HR leadership roles, including HR Lead for Diabetes Care EMEA and HR Business Partner, supporting various business units across Zurich and Zug.
Her previous experiences include HR roles at DSM Nutritional Products and Abbott Products Operations AG, where she gained early foundational experience in human resources within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
Michaela Schneider holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Hamburg, bringing academic grounding to her extensive HR leadership career.
