Madison, Wisconsin, United States, August 2025 – Michelle Kraemer has been appointed as Vice President – People Strategy at Findorff, a leading employee-owned construction company with a 135-year legacy of craftsmanship and community commitment. In this new role, Kraemer will lead the strategic direction of people initiatives, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Kraemer has been with Findorff since 2019, holding progressive leadership roles in HR. Most recently, she served as Director of People Strategy (2022–2025), where she guided workforce planning, leadership development, and employee solutions. She also served as People Solutions Manager and Senior HR Generalist, contributing to the company’s culture of excellence and collaboration.
Prior to joining Findorff, Kraemer gained over a decade of HR leadership experience in healthcare and insurance. At The Auto Club Group (2014–2019), she supported business transformation and workforce strategy, and at BrightStar Care (2010–2014), she built HR practices to strengthen recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources, Kraemer brings deep expertise in people strategy, HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
