Dallas, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Michelle Morton has joined Witherite Law Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in human capital analytics, workforce strategy, and HR leadership across a variety of industries. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s human resources strategy, with a focus on talent development, culture transformation, and HR operational excellence as the firm continues its mission of putting people first.
Prior to joining Witherite Law Group, Michelle Morton served as Senior Director – Human Capital Analytics and Efficiency at Progress Residential® for nearly three years. In this role, she spearheaded people analytics strategies, led initiatives in headcount modeling and HR budgeting, and developed data-driven insights to optimize organizational performance across the enterprise.
Before that, Michelle held the role of Director – HR Strategic Initiatives & Analytics at Neovia Logistics, where she led key HR transformation projects, implemented predictive people analytics, and collaborated directly with the CHRO to provide actionable insights for the board and executive leadership. Her work helped build scalable analytics infrastructure and integrated HR planning processes.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as Workforce Analytics & Insight Lead at Solera Holdings, LLC, where she designed and implemented a global workforce planning program, supported key executive decisions with custom dashboards, and ensured compliance with employment regulations during organizational transitions. Her deep financial background added a strategic layer to her HR capabilities.
Michelle also spent nearly eight years at Sabre Corporation in various roles, including Principal Strategic Workforce Planner and Senior Financial Analyst, where she was instrumental in implementing the Visier analytics platform, managing HR budgets, and driving enterprise-wide planning efforts. She began her analytics-focused journey as an IT Auditor/Data Analyst, which sharpened her ability to derive insights from complex datasets and lead compliance-based projects.
