Before joining Aibidia, Michelle served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Payhawk, where she played a critical role in scaling the company’s workforce during a period of rapid growth. She was instrumental in attracting top-tier talent and ensuring that Payhawk, backed by notable investors like Earlybird VC and QED, secured key hires to drive its business transformation.
Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Talent Partner in Executive Recruiting at Twilio, where she focused on building the company’s leadership team across EMEA and APJ. Her efforts helped Twilio expand its international presence by recruiting senior executives to support key business functions.
In her earlier career, Michelle held the role of Global Executive Search Partner at DocPlanner, a HealthTech SaaS company. She successfully recruited leadership talent to meet the company’s rapid expansion needs in the global healthcare sector, supporting a marketplace that serves over 62 million patients each month.
Michelle’s recruitment expertise is further backed by her tenure at True Search, where she spent over three years recruiting board and executive teams for high-growth SaaS and enterprise software clients globally. She was integral to connecting transformative leadership with some of the most innovative tech-enabled organizations.
