Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Minal Jobanputra has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Talent Management and Organisation Development at Mahindra Finance. In this new role, Minal will oversee talent management and organizational development strategies, focusing on fostering a culture of inclusivity and driving organizational effectiveness.
Minal Jobanputra has been with Mahindra Finance for over two years, serving as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Management. Her work in this role involved spearheading initiatives to enhance organizational culture, inclusivity, and talent management practices. Minal’s expertise in organizational development and her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and success.
Before joining Mahindra Finance, Minal was the Senior Manager of Learning and Organisation Development at Oberoi Realty for nearly two years. In this role, she led various learning and development initiatives, contributing to the organization’s overall growth and employee development.
Prior to her tenure at Oberoi Realty, Minal worked at Runwal Group for almost four years, where she held positions as Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Manager of Learning and Development. Her efforts in these roles were pivotal in enhancing employee skills and driving organizational growth.
Minal’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from her time as the Founder & CLO of The Orange Pot, where she offered end-to-end training solutions to corporate houses. Her innovative approach to training through workshops and drama-based activities helped numerous organizations in team bonding and skill development.
Her extensive experience also includes roles as a Training Consultant at EMDI Institute of Media and Communication, an L&D Specialist at Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited, and a Visiting Faculty at both Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education. Early in her career, Minal served as a Process Trainer at Tech Mahindra and a Sr. HR Executive at NM Teleservices.
