SINGAPORE, March 2025 — Mindsprint, a purpose-built digital solutions provider for global enterprises, has announced the appointment of Suresh Sundararajan as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A visionary leader with a strong background in AI-driven innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability, Sundararajan will spearhead Mindsprint’s growth strategy and technological advancements.
In his previous role as co-founder and chairman of Mindsprint, Sundararajan played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s transition from a captive to an independent service provider model. As CEO, he will focus on accelerating AI-first solutions, expanding strategic partnerships, and fostering a future-ready workforce to drive business transformation.

With over two decades at Olam, Sundararajan has held key leadership positions, including Chief Digital and Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer. He has successfully spearheaded large-scale digitalization initiatives and pioneered data-driven decision-making. He is also a co-founder of Nupo Ventures, Olam’s incubation arm, through which he helped launch Jiva, a platform supporting smallholder farmers, and Terrascope, an AI/ML-driven climate technology SaaS platform aiding enterprises in their decarbonization efforts.
Under his leadership, Mindsprint will focus on:

As part of its global expansion, Mindsprint recently opened a new office in Australia, enhancing its ability to serve regional clients and drive business transformation through Data Analytics, AI, SAP Transformation, Intelligent Automation, and Supply Chain Optimization.
