With a strong background in strategic HR leadership, Mohammad brings extensive expertise in human capital management, organizational leadership, and performance appraisal. His experience in managing diverse teams and driving HR initiatives will be instrumental in his new role.
Mohammad Mohi Uddin Khan joins TEAM Group after serving as the Group Head Human Resources at Doreen Group for approximately 1 year and 11 months. In this role, he provided strategic HR leadership, led organizational development, and managed HRIS in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Before that, Mohammad was the Head of Human Resources at Esquire Group for nearly 4 years and 3 months. He managed strategic HR functions, including performance appraisals, strategic planning, and change management, ensuring a positive organizational culture.
Earlier, Mohammad served as the Head of Human Resources at SQ Group for about 1 year and 11 months. He was responsible for talent acquisition, succession planning, and overseeing a performance appraisal system that drove high performance.
Mohammad’s early career includes a role as HR Manager at ETBL Group for approximately 5 years and 6 months, where he developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managed recruitment processes, and ensured legal compliance.
