Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Mohammed Rizwan has joined Vee Technologies as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In this new role, Rizwan will oversee the company’s HR operations, providing strategic leadership and guidance to support the growth and development of the organization’s workforce.
Before joining Vee Technologies, Rizwan served as a Fractional Business HR and Strategic Guide and Mentor for approximately 10 months, consulting with multiple startups in Bangalore and Pune. His work involved setting up HR functions from scratch, driving strategic initiatives, and building efficient teams.
Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Reverie Language Technologies for about 4.5 years. In this role, he established the HR function, reduced time-to-hire, improved employee engagement, and led leadership development programs.
Rizwan also spent approximately 8 years at Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he held roles as Senior HR Manager and HR Manager. His work there focused on streamlining HR operations, enhancing performance management, and establishing in-house recruitment processes.
Earlier in his career, Rizwan gained experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Sony Electronics and as an Account Manager – Recruitment at Crescere Inc.
