With extensive experience in human capital management and talent development, she brings a strong background in HR leadership across industries, including real estate, technology, consulting, and logistics.
Before joining IndoSpace, Dhar served as a Partner at a Stealth Mode Startup, focusing on leadership advisory and HR transformation initiatives. Prior to that, she was Chief Human Resource Officer at Blox.xyz, where she led HR operations, talent acquisition, and culture-building strategies for the rapidly growing real estate tech platform. Earlier, she served as Head of Human Resources, India at Compass, where she played a pivotal role in establishing HR frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and business-aligned talent solutions.

Dhar was also the Global Head of Human Capital Management at Zycus, a leading procurement technology company. In this role, she spearheaded global HR initiatives, implemented leadership development programs, and drove digital transformation in HR processes. She also held HR leadership positions at Ola Cabs and Mahindra First Choice, where she managed large-scale workforce strategies, organizational restructuring, and culture transformation projects.
Her career journey includes significant tenures at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Microsoft, where she developed expertise in talent strategy, performance management, and HR business partnering. In addition to her corporate experience, she has been actively involved in career counseling, mentoring, and social development projects, making a meaningful impact on professional growth and community development.
