Her journey with Mowi began in 2020, and over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing HR functions across different cultural and operational landscapes. Eikeseth’s experience spans working with both burgeoning companies and large multinational corporations, making her an ideal fit for Mowi’s diverse and expansive operations.
Before joining Mowi, Eikeseth held significant roles, including heading the HR departments at Swire Blue Ocean & Swire Seabed. Her contributions were instrumental in professionalizing the HR function, implementing comprehensive crewing software solutions, and facilitating major organizational changes to support growth ambitions.
