Kjersti Eikeseth brings to Mowi an impressive 18-year tenure in human resources, having enriched various sectors, including oil and gas, shipping, offshore wind, and subsea, with her expertise. Her journey with Mowi began in 2020, and over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing HR functions across different cultural and operational landscapes. Eikeseth’s experience spans working with both burgeoning companies and large multinational corporations, making her an ideal fit for Mowi’s diverse and expansive operations.

Before joining Mowi, Eikeseth held significant roles, including heading the HR departments at Swire Blue Ocean & Swire Seabed. Her contributions were instrumental in professionalizing the HR function, implementing comprehensive crewing software solutions, and facilitating major organizational changes to support growth ambitions. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach in HR have been pivotal in driving efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.
