Natalia Johnson brings to Brink’s Inc. a wealth of experience and a proven track record in human resources management, cultivated over a distinguished career spanning more than a decade. Before her new role at Brink’s Inc., Johnson held the position of Vice President of Corporate HR at Advance Auto Parts, where she provided strategic leadership across US, India, and Taiwan locations. Her efforts were instrumental in enabling effective HR business partnership and support for the Executive Committee and approximately 3,000 team members.

Her tenure at Advance Auto Parts also saw her leading the Supply Chain HR function as a Senior Human Resources Director, a role in which she was the primary HR contact for 6,000 employees, offering day-to-day and strategic support to the Supply Chain Leadership Team. Johnson’s HR leadership extended to overseeing the HR agenda for the South Region, supporting 4,000 employees and providing guidance to the leadership team.

Prior to her impactful roles at Advance Auto Parts, Johnson served at PepsiCo as an HR Director and Senior HR Manager, where her responsibilities spanned across the Fresno, California area. She managed key HR functions, demonstrating a deep commitment to developing and implementing effective HR strategies and practices. Johnson’s career also includes significant contributions at Eaton and United States Steel Corporation, where she honed her expertise in HR management and operations.
