Seattle, Washington, United States, August 2024 – Nathan B. has recently begun his new role as Vice President of Human Resources at Omnissa. Nathan will lead the company’s HR strategy, driving transformation and aligning the workforce with Omnissa’s growth objectives in the digital workspace sector.
Before joining Omnissa, Nathan served as HR Integration Lead at Broadcom, where he played a critical role in the HR integration following Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware. His leadership in this transitional phase ensured smooth processes and alignment with Broadcom’s strategic goals.
Prior to Broadcom, Nathan was the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at VMware in the Greater Seattle Area. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving business transformation through organizational analysis and workforce strategy, partnering with leaders to navigate the shift to SaaS and achieve key business outcomes.
Nathan also has an extensive background with T-Mobile, where he held various senior HR roles over nearly 16 years. As VP of HR Strategy & Optimization, he led HR strategy, M&A activities, and employee engagement initiatives, significantly contributing to the successful integration of T-Mobile and Sprint.
