Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — PwC India has announced the appointment of Navnit Nakra as Partner & Technology Sector Leader, marking a strategic addition to the firm’s leadership team. In this pivotal role, Navnit will lead PwC India’s technology sector practice, steering digital transformation initiatives and strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities in innovation and emerging technologies.

With over two decades of global experience spanning technology, finance, and consumer innovation, Navnit brings a deep understanding of how organizations can harness emerging technologies to create sustainable business value. His focus will be on helping clients navigate digital disruption, strengthen governance, and drive growth through innovation-led consulting.

Before joining PwC India, Navnit served as President & Chief Business Officer at Miko, where he played a key role in scaling global operations for the consumer robotics brand. Prior to that, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at Pine Labs, where he led enterprise expansion and built strategic partnerships across markets.

During his impactful tenure at OnePlus, Navnit served as CEO of the India Region, propelling the brand to market leadership through customer-centric innovation and operational excellence. His earlier career at Citi, spanning over 15 years, saw him leading roles in E-commerce, Commercial Banking, and Risk Analytics across India and Asia. His appointment reflects PwC India’s continued commitment to enabling businesses to adapt, innovate, and thrive in the evolving digital economy.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
