New Delhi, India, September 2025 — Neeraj Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer at R K Engineering and Construction, where he will spearhead the strategic and operational delivery of industrial, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). In this role, he will lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end execution with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
Prior to this, he was associated with RNFI Services Limited, where he led brand building and marketing communication strategies in the Fintech sector, enhancing visibility and market positioning through targeted campaigns and consumer insights.
Earlier, he worked independently as a Marketing Consultant, collaborating with clients across garments, minerals, and healthcare sectors, delivering tailored brand strategies and identifying niche market opportunities.
He also contributed to the growth of Idea Cellular Ltd, where he led several impactful product launches and strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
Before that, he was with Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, where he played a key role in improving brand perception and customer loyalty through brand development and strategic execution.
His earlier tenures include leadership roles at Tata Tele Business Services and Reliance Communications, where he drove marketing and product strategies, leading to significant improvements in customer engagement and subscriber growth.
