Mumbai, Maharashtra, India | July 2026 — Polycab India Limited has appointed Neha Shinde as Head – Corporate Communications & PR, marking her return to the organization. In her new role, she will lead the company’s corporate communications and public relations function, driving reputation management, strategic communications, executive communications, media relations, and brand storytelling to strengthen Polycab India’s corporate reputation and support its long-term growth.
Neha rejoins Polycab India Limited from Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Lead – Corporate Communications & PR. During her tenure, she led corporate communications and public relations across India, the United States, Finland, and Germany, overseeing strategic communications, media engagement, executive visibility, and reputation management. She was also recognized with the Best Performer Award (Q2 2025) for her outstanding contribution.
This marks Neha’s second stint with Polycab India, where she previously spent three years building and strengthening the company’s communications function. She most recently served as Senior Manager – PR & Corporate Communication, following her earlier role as Manager – PR & Corporate Communication. During this period, she led media relations, public relations campaigns, corporate messaging, internal and external communications, digital content, website communications, and brand amplification initiatives. She was also honoured as the Millennial Corporate Communication Professional of the Year at the Marketing Mind Achievers Awards 2023.
Prior to Polycab, Neha served as Manager – PR & Corporate Communications at Ryan International Group of Institutions, where she managed integrated communications, public relations, media engagement, corporate messaging, and strategic brand partnerships.
Earlier, she gained extensive agency experience with Avian WE as Senior Account Manager, Brands2Life as Public Relations Account Manager, and Ashwini Publicity as Public Relations Executive, managing communications, media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management for clients across technology, consumer, education, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, and industry sectors.
Neha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the K J Somaiya Institute of Management.
With more than 14 years of experience across corporate communications, public relations, reputation management, media relations, crisis communications, employer branding, executive communications, and strategic storytelling, Neha brings significant expertise to her expanded leadership role at Polycab India.
