Fahad Janahi Appointed Head of Human Resources at Parkin

Dubai, United Arab Emirates | July 2026 — Parkin has appointed Fahad Janahi as Head of Human Resources. In his new role, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, and people transformation initiatives, supporting Parkin’s continued growth as Dubai’s exclusive public parking operator.

Fahad joins Parkin from the Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation, where he spent four years progressing through key HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people development. Earlier, he served as Human Resources Business Partner, supporting business transformation and talent initiatives across the organization.

Prior to that, Fahad built a distinguished nine-year career with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), progressing through multiple leadership positions. He served as Senior Officer – Business Partner / Human Capital, following his role as Officer – Business Partner / Human Capital, where he supported strategic workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational capability development. Earlier, he held operational roles as Strategic Analysis Coordinator – Lean Manufacturing and Graduate Trainee – Lean Manufacturing, developing a strong foundation in operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Earlier in his career, Fahad gained industry exposure through internships with Dubai Airports and Emirates Transport, providing him with early experience across aviation and transportation sectors.

Fahad holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Canadian University Dubai, complementing his practical leadership experience with strong academic credentials.

With over 14 years of professional experience across human resources, HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence, Fahad brings a well-rounded leadership profile to Parkin’s executive team.

Parkin is Dubai’s exclusive public parking operator, holding the exclusive rights to operate all paid public on-street parking, public off-street parking, and public multi-storey car parks across the Emirate of Dubai. With nearly three decades of operational experience, the company manages approximately 212,000 paid parking spaces across strategic locations, delivering efficient parking services and a superior customer experience while supporting Dubai’s smart mobility vision.
