Prior to her current position, Taylor was the Director, HR Business Partners at MYR Group, where she led the development, planning, and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies from 2019 to 2024. Her work included building strong relationships with operations executives and implementing employment law requirements across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring the company’s compliance and strategic alignment with industry standards.
Before joining MYR Group, Taylor served as Director of Human Capital Management, where she focused on change management, workforce planning, and succession planning from 2015 to 2019.
