Melbourne, Australia, October 2025 — Nick M. has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition | Asia Pacific at Egis, a global leader in consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services. In his new role, Nick will lead the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the Asia Pacific region, driving recruitment excellence, capability building, and regional workforce planning to support Egis’ growing operations.
Nick’s appointment marks a significant milestone in his career with Egis, where he has been a part of the organization for over four years. Prior to this role, he served as Talent Acquisition Leader – Australia & New Zealand, successfully scaling Egis’ recruitment framework, strengthening employer branding, and developing robust partnerships with regional leaders. His earlier roles at Egis as Talent Acquisition Lead – Professional Services (AU) and Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner reflect his consistent contributions toward building high-performing teams across complex project environments.
Before joining Egis, Nick gained extensive recruitment and talent management experience across the engineering and infrastructure sectors. He worked with organizations such as Laing O’Rourke, Randstad Australia, and Atom Resources, where he led end-to-end recruitment strategies for civil, construction, and professional service clients. Earlier in his career, at Rexel UK, Nick managed large-scale operations in roles ranging from ERP Implementation Project Officer to Branch Manager, where he honed his skills in project leadership, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
With a career spanning more than 15 years across engineering, recruitment, and operations, Nick brings a unique blend of industry insight and people strategy expertise to his new position. His leadership will be key as Egis continues to expand its footprint and talent network across the Asia Pacific region to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions.
