Kelsey has been with ngrok for the past three years, most recently serving as Manager, Talent, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s talent acquisition function and was recognized with the FY25H1 Impact Award for her contributions to hiring excellence and organizational growth. Her deep understanding of technical hiring, team leadership, and culture-building has been instrumental in shaping ngrok’s talent framework and in supporting the company’s mission to empower developers worldwide.

Before joining ngrok, Kelsey spent nearly five years at Okta, where she led Commercial Sales Recruiting across the Americas, managing a team of eight recruiters and partnering with senior business leaders to scale the organization from 50 to 400 employees. During her tenure, she was honored with multiple accolades, including the Builder Award, Recruiting Cup Award, and Sales MVP Awards, reflecting her consistent impact on organizational growth and people strategy.

Earlier in her career, she held key leadership roles at Coit Group – A Hudson Talent Solutions Company, where she managed enterprise recruitment projects for leading SaaS organizations such as Illumio. Her achievements there included being recognized as #1 Biller of the Year multiple times, underscoring her expertise in high-performance talent delivery.

With a proven record of building strong, inclusive teams and aligning people strategies with business goals, Kelsey (Kurtz) Navarro brings a powerful combination of recruitment excellence, leadership acumen, and passion for innovation to her new role at ngrok.
