Montreal, Quebec, Canada — Nicolas L. has joined Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA) as Head of Human Resources. Bringing a wealth of experience from various strategic HR roles, Nicolas is prepared to drive significant organizational growth and innovation at VCNA.
Prior to joining VCNA, Nicolas served as the Director of Change & Strategy at DIPROINDUCA, where he was instrumental in driving organizational change and strategic growth across both Canada and Mexico.
Before his tenure at DIPROINDUCA, Nicolas held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Environmental 360 Solutions. During his time there, he transformed the HR department, expanded his team, and played a key role in merger and acquisition activities, significantly increasing operational efficiency.
Nicolas also has significant experience at Stericycle, where as Senior Human Resources Manager, he managed HR functions across multiple international locations, consolidating labor agreements and enhancing compliance frameworks.
His career includes impactful roles at major organizations such as Service Corporation International, where he developed and led HR strategies that aligned with corporate goals across North America and Europe, and at Groupe L’aromate, enhancing labor relations and organizational development.
