Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, September 2024 – Nicole Berger has been promoted to the role of Head of Talent & Learning at Lidl España. In her new position, Nicole will be responsible for overseeing talent management, development programs, and learning initiatives across the organization. She brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, global mobility, and strategic HR, making her a key player in driving Lidl España’s people strategy forward.
Prior to this promotion, Nicole Berger held the position of Senior HR Manager for Talent, Development & Global Mobility at Lidl España for just over a year. During her tenure, she focused on building strong relationships, overseeing global mobility, and driving talent management and leadership development initiatives across the company.
Before that, Nicole served as Senior HR Manager for Training & Development, where she was responsible for implementing training programs and HR projects across Lidl España’s 12 regional companies. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning business needs with HR initiatives, ensuring effective learning and development strategies were in place.
Nicole’s earlier roles include her time as HR Manager for Training & Development at Lidl España, where she focused on onboarding and employee training. Additionally, Nicole founded Well Connection, a business focused on well-being through change management and coaching, showcasing her ability to lead people-centric initiatives.
Her experience as an Executive Coach and Regional Manager at Engel & Völkers further honed her skills in HR and people development, making her a valuable asset to the team at Lidl España.
