These positions underscored her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and developing strategic HR initiatives that align with corporate goals.

Faber’s experience also includes a notable stint as a Senior Counsel at MSA, showcasing her expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments. Before her impactful work at MSA, she honed her legal skills with nearly a decade at Reed Smith LLP, specializing in financial services.

Her early career was distinguished by judicial clerkships for the Honorable Judges of the Superior Court and United States District Court in Pennsylvania, laying a strong foundation in legal principles and judicial processes.
