ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions, a leading innovator in integrated supply chain management, proudly announces the appointment of Nina Faber as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Faber brings to ARMADA an extensive background in human resources, legal counsel, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, marking over two decades of professional experience that spans various sectors and roles.
Faber’s role at ARMADA will see her leading HR strategies to support the company’s mission of delivering resilient and agile supply chain solutions.
Prior to joining ARMADA, Faber made significant contributions at MSA – The Safety Company, where she served for over ten years. Her tenure at MSA was marked by roles such as Executive Director of Human Resources for the Americas and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. These positions underscored her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and developing strategic HR initiatives that align with corporate goals.
Faber’s experience also includes a notable stint as a Senior Counsel at MSA, showcasing her expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments. Before her impactful work at MSA, she honed her legal skills with nearly a decade at Reed Smith LLP, specializing in financial services.
Her early career was distinguished by judicial clerkships for the Honorable Judges of the Superior Court and United States District Court in Pennsylvania, laying a strong foundation in legal principles and judicial processes.
